I'm Jo Ntsebeza a qualified professional coach, facilitator, trainer and lay counsellor with 25 years experience. We would never want you to be unhappy! But there is a condition. that you do the work. A refund is guaranteed only for the first 30 days if you have shown up in the community, posted assignments and you are NOT getting results. Refunds are not given because you change you no longer have the time or motivation to do the course, even if you don't start the course. Once you've made a purchase you've received the course in full.

What if I'm on a payment plan and I want to drop out?
The payment plan is NOT a monthly subscription fee. The course isn't something you can drop out of. If you choose a payment plan, you are making a commitment to complete the payment plan, I do not believe anyone needs to get themselves in debt. Only choose the payment plan because you KNOW you're in a position to meet the commitment for the period of the payment plan.
